Yes, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical building sets. You can inspect the items, but please handle them carefully to avoid diminishing their value. If you choose to return a set, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Once we receive and process your return, we will refund your order, including the standard initial delivery costs. Please note that upon returning the physical set, your access to the linked digital instructions will be automatically revoked. Additionally, under EU and Estonian law, all physical goods are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee for any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery.
