Physical MOC Building Sets

• • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal button provided in your account dashboard or contact us via email.
  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You may inspect the physical goods to establish their nature and functioning. If the goods are handled beyond what is necessary, you may be held liable for their diminished value.
  • Refunds will include the initial standard delivery costs. If you choose a delivery method more expensive than our standard shipping, we will not refund the supplementary costs.
  • Under EU and Estonian law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee covering any lack of conformity of the physical goods that existed at the time of delivery. For the first year, the burden of proof lies with the seller.
  • Refunds for physical goods will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of returning them.
  • The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the physical goods when exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.
  • The physical set includes linked digital instructions. If you exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal for the physical set, access to the digital content will be automatically revoked upon return.

Digital Content from Third-Party Authors

• • Refunds are provided only if the content does not conform to its description or contains verified defects.
  • Digital content purchases are otherwise generally non-refundable once access has been granted and the performance has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in case of non-conforming digital content.
  • Upon completion of the transaction, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided contact address. By proceeding, you provide your express consent to receive immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to a refund or any right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.

Reporting Issues

• • Submit a detailed description of the defect or non-conformity via our support form.

  • We will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  • If corrected to satisfaction, no refund is issued.

  • If the defect cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, a refund will be granted.

  • If the report lacks sufficient information, or the content is verified as conforming, the refund request will be declined if the report is unfounded or the content conforms to the contract.
